The alliance is made of individuals and organizations that firmly believe in Freedom of Choice, Civil Rights as guaranteed by the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. Our goal is to locate, and identify those that choose to violate these civil rights. We are free Americans and choose to remain that way.  We will not be oppressed.  Using, violence, threats of personnel injury or death, property damage, holding or detaining individuals against their will (kidnapping) is a criminal offense.  Anyone or organization that uses such tactics can be considered nothing more or less than a domestic terrorist or terrorist group and will be spot lighted to the community. 

The Motorcycle Riders Alliance will allow anyone interested to register to be a part of this movement to protect our Freedom of Choice as motorcycle riders. You will not be in contact with Law Enforcement.   A member's identity will be private and secure.  Any information that is transmitted to the MRA remains confidential.  The information will be used to identify and target those individuals or organizations that violate the constitutional rights of any or all riders.   The MRA is a data base for such activity.  Unlike Law Enforcement Agencies this organization is comprised of motorcycle riders who want to effect a change by monitoring our own community.  We have direct communication with agencies who deal with this type of gang activity and civil rights violation but would prefer to handle these types of attacks within this community.   Our target is those that continue to disregard the constitutional rights of motorcycle riders.  Live free and let live free, or not.  It's time for a change and numbers make a difference.
